Delete account

You can delete your Bauhelfer account yourself at any time — with all data: customers, quotes, invoices, receipts, working hours and recordings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

In the app

Menu → Account → at the very bottom “Your data” → “Delete account”. There you can export all your data as a ZIP first.

Here on the website

Sign in with the Google account you use in the app. You can then download your data and delete the account.

You must keep invoices for 10 years (§ 147 AO) — download them before deleting. You sign in to the app with an email code and have no Google account with that address? Then delete the account in the app or email us from that address at mail@bauhelfer.app.
