How it works

1

Speak

Hold the microphone button and say what it's about — in your language, German trade terms are fine.

2

Check

The app shows you in your language what it understood. If something is missing, it asks — it never guesses.

3

Send

Sample quote as PDF

A finished PDF in German with all mandatory details — straight to your customer.

Example with made-up data — this is what the app looks like.

What the app does

Quotes & invoices

Quotes with versions, invoice only after acceptance. Issued invoices are frozen — corrections by cancellation, as the German tax office requires.

Receipts by photo

Snap a receipt — it's assigned to the right job as material or subcontractor cost.

Working hours by voice

“Today 6 hours at Müller's, Vova 4 hours” — done, for you and your helpers.

What's left for you?

Revenue minus material and subcontractors: see at once what a job really earns.

Works offline

Basement, building site, no signal? Recordings stay on the phone and upload once you're back online.

Your language

Русский, Українська, Polski, Hrvatski, Deutsch, English — the app talks to you in your language.
